Hipro Metallic Card Clothing

Hipro clothing significantly increases fiber retention through a specially designed hump at the front of the teeth. It reduces fiber fly, improves worker roller efficiency, and ensures precise fiber transfer to and from the cylinder, resulting in 20% fewer web failures.

Independent of the machine manufacturer, Hipro clothing is produced to the highest quality standards with deep vertical integration. This ensures optimum carding and fiber mixing, delivering top-quality performance for both man-made and natural fibers.

This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Mariplast’s commitment to the growing Indian textile sector and reinforces its long-term vision to provide locally made, high-quality yarn carriers to the region.

Located in the Verna Industrial Estate, the new plant is fully equipped to produce and distribute a wide range of yarn dye tubes, ring spinning tubes, roving bobbins, cones, and plastic accessories, designed specifically to meet the needs of Indian spinning and dyeing units.
